About Women's Cell

The Women's Cell of MBB College is a dedicated body committed to promoting gender equality, ensuring the safety and well-being of women, and creating a supportive and inclusive campus environment. The Cell works to empower female students and staff by fostering awareness of their rights, responsibilities, and opportunities for personal and professional development.

The Women's Cell regularly organizes awareness programmes, seminars, workshops, counselling sessions, and interactive discussions on issues such as women's rights, gender sensitization, health and hygiene, legal awareness, self-defence, and mental well-being. It also encourages active participation in cultural, academic, and social activities that promote confidence, leadership, and equal opportunities.

The Cell serves as a platform where students and staff can seek guidance and support regarding issues related to gender discrimination, harassment, or any other concerns affecting their dignity and safety.
